We saw the flat it was the Fist residential project by Ample and was stilt +4 floors CMDA Approved project. My flat as well as the total building was done as per standard no deviation and they maintained quality and hospitality was extremetly good by the builder.

Since it was their first project we monitered and then purchased with them.They have done as per all norms. They have also handed over the completion certificate from the CMDA.

We saw the location and went along with them. The construction quality was as per the standards. On time constuction and they have delivered as per schedule. The builder was very supportive till the handover of keys.

WE liked the location and the builders approach. He has delivered as per the specifications. All the products used were ISI and was with quality
